What's a dream-hug?

  • When you go to bed and rest your head on your pillow, close your eyes and think of the people you love.

  • Think of the people you miss.

  • Think of the people who need your loving warm embrace around their tired bodies.


Then, as you breathe in deeply, imagine sliding your hands around to the back of their neck and wrapping your arms contentedly around this person whom you love. As you breathe out, feel their arms sliding into place around you. Smell their neck. Giggle when they smell your neck too! Snuggle in where you feel safe and secure.
